Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full payment, including all applicable taxes and fees, is required at the time of booking. A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received. Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled pickup date and time will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made more than seven (7) full days but less than fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled pickup date and time will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made seven (7) full days or less before the scheduled pickup date and time are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early returns, unused rental time, or a customer's decision not to use the golf cart after the rental period has begun. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the customer's bank or card issuer.
